We want our clients to make a lasting change beyond their time in our practice. The ultimate goal for us is simple - we want our clients to graduate from therapy because they feel too darn good to keep coming every week!

Your Next Steps
During your first appointment, your counselor will ask you a bazillion questions about yourself, so they can start to understand your world.
In the sessions afterwards, you'll do most of the talking and your counselor will focus on helping you reach your goals (tackling anxiety, feeling better if you struggle with depression, etc).
You do not have to bring anything or prepare anything. However, some clients find it helpful to bring a notebook with them to jot down ideas they find helpful during their counseling sessions.
